Job Description

Arrows Group Healthcare have a distinguished client within South East, who are currently searching for high quality Care assistants on Permanent, Contractual and Ad-Hoc Shift basis. This is a reputable Trust, and is a place that will augment any healthcare professional\'s career by enhancing an individual\'s knowledge base and clinical expertise.The right candidates will possess excellent clinical skills to complement other abilities and character traits, such as good organisational prowess, patience, sound judgement, wisdom and the ability to multi-task & prioritise. The chosen Care assistant will be responsible for the following:1. To undertake personal care duties as required to service users including toileting, washing, feeding, and manual handling and transfer under the direction of the Manager on duty.2. To support service users in a way that maintains dignity and privacy.3. To participate in record keeping, through brief written recording on individual case files.4. To participate in organised activities, to meet service users\' needs; this may include occasional excursions from the establishment, some basic food preparation and domestic tasks.5.
